*Pay As you Go Members receive a full credit to their account for canceled reservations.

*All Access Members who cancel before 24 hours of check-in receive a full credit to their account. Cancel within 24 hours of check-in, and receive 50% of the unused hours credited back to your monthly hour bank.

Please note: Late check-outs are charged $25.

For All Access members, a No Show Fee of $48 is charged for any reservations that aren't used. 

What's New At TLC?

Booking

Switch between standard booking and custom booking in your TLC account to select specialty time blocks when available.

​

Door Entry & Checking In/Out

On your reservation day, a QR code will appear in your account an hour before your reservation starts. Scan it at the front door to enter and auto check-in. Scan again on your way out — or hit "Check Out" in your account — to check out.​

Luggage Storage Lockers

In addition to our rentable clothing and pantry locker combo ($15/mo), we now offer luggage lockers ($20/mo) that fit one carry-on and one medium purse/tote — perfect for storing bags between stays.​​​

​

Flip Your Own Pod Policy

To keep costs low for our members and pods available 24 hours a day, each pod is flipped by the member checking out of it. Please follow the simple steps in your account to prepare the pod for the next guest. If you do not flip your pod before your departure, a $25 cleaning fee will be charged to your account.
