Do you have a waitlist when accommodations are full?

Yes! If TLC is full on a member's desired check-in date, they're automatically placed on the waitlist. If a pod becomes available, members have two hours to confirm their interest before the next person on the waitlist is notified.

Is the host on-site?

The host lives in a separate house on the property and is happy to answer any questions you have. Just send an email or text!

Is the location clean?

At TLC, we take great pride in cleanliness. We clean the space twice per week and replace sheets and towels after each person checks out.

Question 4

Can I bring and cook my own food?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. We just ask that you wash any dishes that you use and clean up after yourself.

Can I leave personal items at TLC between trips?

Accepted Answer

Please do! We offer private lockers for rent ($15 a month) to secure your belongings (clothes and pantry) while you’re away.

Can I have packages sent to TLC?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but at your own risk. TLC is not responsible for lost or missing items, and we do not have a front desk for items to be left (so no 'signatures required' packages). Packages will be brought inside when found on the steps outside.

Is there internet? Cable TV?

High-speed WiFi is available. TLC does not have a TV, but you’re welcome to stream on your own devices.

Within walking distance, there's a McDonald's and 7-Eleven. Within two miles and 15 minutes by public transportation, you'll find grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food, a dry cleaner, a hair salon, Planet Fitness and more. Situated just 2 blocks away from our premises, Coin Wash Laundry offers convenient laundry amenities for our guests. Whether you need to freshen up your clothes during your stay or take care of your laundry before heading out, Coin Wash Laundry provides easy access to washing and drying facilities.

Update new features: Vending machine, vanity and now only hypoallergenic plant-based laundry detergent

We are excited to announce the addition of a vending machine and a vanity area equipped with a hairdryer and a steamer for clothes. The vending machine will include not only snacks and drinks but also helpful items like phone chargers, adapters, and other survival essentials. Currently, the vending machine only accepts cash. It will soon be fully integrated into our app for cashless payments. The new vanity area provides the freedom to get ready on your terms, featuring a large mirror and natural daylight. You can also enjoy a coffee from our fully equipped kitchen while getting ready. We have switched to a hypoallergenic, plant-based laundry detergent for all linens to ensure a fresher, greener, and more comfortable experience for our members.
