Members who cancel before 24 hours of check-in are credited the full reservation stay into their account for future use. Members who cancel within 24 hours of check-in lose the reservation and amount paid. Late Check Outs are charged $25. If the member hasn't checked out by 3pm on their checkout day, another night is automatically booked for them at the nightly rate (assuming a Pod is available).
