There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Members who cancel before 24 hours of check-in are credited the full reservation stay into their account for future use. Members who cancel within 24 hours of check-in lose the reservation and amount paid.
Late Check Outs are charged $25. If the member stays past 4pm on their check out day, another night is automatically booked for them at the nightly rate.

$75 non-refundable Sign-up Fee
$385 a month
Members can stay as many nights a month as needed, however they can only stay up to 5 consecutive nights before a 2 night break is required.
