Cleaning Punch List

DECK

● Spray down deck with hose

● Check for and remove cobwebs

● Wipe outside and inside of door

● Arrange deck chairs

● Wipe down table

● Clean outside of sliding door sets

● Water plants once a week

● Report any broken or missing items

ENTIRE INSIDE

● Check for and remove cobwebs around ceiling and in corners

● Vacuum floor

● Mop floor

● Check baseboards and clean as needed

● Report any missing or broken items

● Water all live plants once a week (not all plants are live, so please take note)

● Remove dead leaves from plants (if any)

BATHROOM

● Empty trash into kitchen bin

● Wipe down cabinet, walls, & door

● Shake out floor mat

● Clean shower glass, tile & grout. Spray mildew spray in corners.

● 3 toilet paper rolls on holder.

● Check box below when extra toilet paper in locker #16 are low.

● Turn light above mirror on

● Fill 3 soap dispensers (Shampoo, body wash, hand wash). Refill bottles are under kitchen sink. Key to dispensers is in silverware drawer

● Refill paper towel dispenser (more in locker #16. Check box below when low)

LOUNGE (by kitchen area)

● Arrange chairs, side tables & fluff pillows

● Wipe down side tables, vanity & mirror

Lamp opposite kitchen in corner should always be on

● Make sure pantry locker #18 is always stocked with 6 flat sheets. Locker combo is 4178

KITCHEN

● Turn overhead stove light on

● Wipe down overhead exhaust, counter, mirror & inside / out of fridge

● Check inventory of coffee pods. Notify when we are down to 1 sleeve. Empty used pods from coffee maker

● Empty dishes from drying rack

● Fill 2 soap dispensers (refill bottles under kitchen sink. Keys to dispensers are in silverware drawer) & paper towel dispenser

● Check cabinets for pantry items. Throw away anything found

● Empty fridge of food with no name on it

● Take out trash if full

LOCKER AREA

● Take linens & towels into main house to be washed

● If assigned to do laundry, wash linens and towels together.

● Check the box below if linens / towels in lockers 20, 21 & 22 are running low

LIVING ROOM / POD AREA

● Check for and remove cobwebs, especially around ladders and in corners

● Wipe down coffee table, lamp shade and base, fake plant leaves, and plant stand

● Arrange chairs & fluff pillows

● Lamp in corner by the TLC LAX wall sign should always be on

PODS

● Slide available pod doors all the way open

● Turn light on (warm amber color)

● Turn fan off

● Remove all found items and place in Lost & Found Locker (#17)

● Vacuum around and under mattresses

● Fluff pillows

● Airwick spray is in locker #22. Spray each empty pod.

BED SETUP

● Sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths, and zippered pillow protectors are in lockers #20, 21, and 22. Zippered mattress protectors are in locker #12.

● Tighten plastic mattress covers around mattresses. Check mattress and pillow covers for stains (replace if needed).

● Swap out three comforters with clean ones (alternate pods each week).

● Neatly arrange one towel, one washcloth, one fitted sheet, one pillowcase, and one folded comforter on mattress.

FINISHING UP

● Make sure sheet/towel lockers are padlocked before you leave.

● Make sure sliding glass doors are locked before you leave.

● Open front door with your personal code to end the cleaning session
